I’m Dr Adam McCartney,

I have developed the PIMS (Psychologically Informed Management Solutions) model, a model that provides enables all children to access the mainstream curriculum, while helping teachers to plan and teach more effectively.

 

The model gives senior leaders and executives the clarity and confidence to implement systemic change aligned with their values and vision.
